Design a web tool that manages Tesla's internal fleets
Tesla is constantly innovating and improving the way it operates. Tesla has an internal fleet to support construction, vehicle deliveries, mobile services. The fleet management team needs a way to manage and allocate fleet vehicles efficiently. Your challenge is to create a web interface that allows the internal fleet manager to review the current state of their fleet, and to onboard a new vehicle. The fleet manager should be able to input vehicle details and assign it to the mobile service team. Additionally, the service team should have the capability to assign a driver to the vehicle and grant them access for its use.

It's all about the jobs-to-be-done
If I had more time, I would find users and interview them to gather a holistic and true understanding of fleet operations. Facing time constraints, I leveraged secondary research such as Youtube videos and Tesla job descriptions for target users as a workaround to define users' jobs-to-be-done and their goals.
